Currency Policy

Every product has been priced in $US dollars. These are the fixed prices. Where we have published other currency prices, theses are guidelines only and are subject to change dependent on the conversion rate at time of purchase.

Downloads
The majority of products are delivered through download or e-mail. Your download order will be sent to you within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have supplied us with a valid e-mail address. Should the download be coming from a 3rd party we will notify you and advise on delivery.

Other
Where you have ordered a hard copy you will recieve your order within 7 working days (not including weekends). Some of your purchases could be from a 3rd party and whilst we endeavour to make sure these companies deliver within our stipulated time we cannot be responsible for any circumstances which are out of control.
